Cœur de Crissier

Comprising three interconnected buildings—South, West, and North—with a shared underground level dedicated to storage and parking, the complex is highly energy-efficient and perfectly suited for light industrial activities, laboratories, showrooms, and offices. Combining modularity, technical performance, and accessibility, it is scheduled for delivery in the fourth quarter of 2027, in the heart of a dynamic area with direct access to the A1 motorway, Renens railway station, and the city center of Lausanne.

The project comprises three interconnected buildings, offering exceptional visibility from Crissier's main street. Designed to accommodate all types of secondary sector activities according to the NOGA 2025 classification, the spaces are suitable for light manufacturing, technical and medical laboratories, as well as offices, showrooms, or corporate headquarters.

Les surfaces, modulables dès 500 m², bénéficient d’infrastructures techniques adaptables, de hauteurs sous plafond généreuses (jusqu’à 4 m) et de charges de plancher élevées allant jusqu’à 800 kg/m². Chaque bâtiment dispose d’un accès direct au parking souterrain par ascenseur ainsi que de zones de chargement avec monte-charges facilitant la logistique.

Grâce à leurs façades vitrées, les espaces profitent d’une lumière naturelle abondante, d’un confort optimal et d’une image architecturale valorisante. Leur flexibilité permet de combiner bureaux, laboratoires, ateliers ou espaces d’exposition selon les besoins des occupants.
